Air connections: London Luton & Stansted Airports
London Luton Airport
If you arriving at London Luton Airport, you should purchase a rail ticket to Falmouth Town (The Dell). Take the bus to nearby Luton Parkway Station and a train to London Farringdon. Here you will need to change to the Circle Line or Hammersmith & City Line (westbound) for a train to London Paddington, and follow the instructions from London Paddington Train Station. Alternatively, you could take a coach to London Stanstead Airport, and follow the instructions from London Stanstead Airport.
London Stansted Airport
If you arriving at London Stansted Airport, it is possible to fly from London Stansted Airport directly to Newquay Airport, which is 28 miles from Falmouth. Ryanair operates this flight twice a day, morning and evening. It may be possible for UCF staff to meet you at Newquay Airport – please telephone the International Office in advance.
You can also travel to Falmouth from London Stanstead Airport by train. Go to the railway station (situated within the airport building) and purchase a single (one way) ticket to Falmouth Town (The Dell) via London Liverpool Street. On arrival in London, you could catch the Underground to London Paddington or take a taxi across central London if you have much luggage (expensive).
