Kerris Vean House was built in 1875 and is one of many listed Victorian buildings situated on Woodlane's eight acre campus. It was originally purchased from a local order of Benedictine nuns. Sub-tropical gardens surround Kerris Vean and on a clear day the sea is visible from the top of its sloping lawn.
