If you are an International student, the International Office is one of your key contacts and early support services at UCF. Our staff will provide a thorough and comprehensive admissions service, from your first enquiry through to your enrolment at the University College.

International students from outside the EU
If you are a full-time international student we recommend that you come to Falmouth at least 1 week before studies begin so that you have time to settle in. We provide a meeting service and, if you wish, will be delighted to meet you at London Heathrow Airport, bring you down to Falmouth, and take you to the place you’ve chosen to live. You can then join our four day orientation programme to help you adjust to living and studying in Falmouth. You’ll also get to meet staff members and other international students. This fosters early integration into the local and academic community, enabling students to quickly make friends and key contacts and to feel at home in the beautiful and friendly environs of Cornwall.

UCF students studying abroad
We take a very active part in the European Union Lifelong Learning, Erasmus programme, which enables you to study in a partner college or university for up to 12 months. Study abroad within the Erasmus programme carries the added bonus of financial support from the E.U. The European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) ensures that all placements under this programme carry full academic recognition. We have partnerships with institutions right across Europe, from Iceland and Sweden in the north to Italy, Bulgaria, Turkey in the south and most countries in between! To prepare you for European placements, UCF provides free language tuition in French, Spanish, Italian and German. We also have active international exchange programmes in Canada, Japan, Australia, Singapore, New Zealand and the USA. Our agreements with Universities in these countries also enable you to study abroad for a semester or year, and to receive full academic recognition.
