University College Falmouth will take all reasonable steps to deliver courses and services in accordance with the descriptions set out in the prospectus, in course information, and on this website. However, the College cannot guarantee this provision. Although all information given in the prospectus, in course information, and on this website is believed to be correct at the time of publication, the College reserves the right to make variations to the contents or methods of delivery of courses, to discontinue courses, merge or combine courses or alter the provision of other services if such action is reasonably considered to be necessary by the College. In this event, the College will use its reasonable endeavours to provide a suitable alternative. If you are affected by any such change to a course, you will be notified by the College as soon as is possible in advance. Should industrial action or circumstances beyond the control of the College interfere with the ability to provide educational services, the College will take all reasonable steps to minimise the resultant disruption to those services. You are advised to contact the College if you need clarification of particular issues.

Should you become a student at University College Falmouth, this notice shall constitute a term of any contract between you and the College. Any offer of a place made to you by University College Falmouth is made on the basis that in accepting such an offer you thereby give your consent to the incorporation of this notice as a term of any such contract. All students will be required, as a condition of enrolment, to abide by, and submit to, the College’s General Regulations for Students as amended from time to time. Copies are available on request.

The College cannot accept responsibility, and expressly excludes liability, for damage to students’ personal property, for transfer of computer viruses to equipment owned by students or others and for the consequences of any breach of contract by individual students.

The College does not accept legal liability for errors or omissions in this website and reserves the right to make changes to the some or all the information contained in this site without notice. Where there are links to external websites, the College does not accept responsibility for the content on those sites.

University College Falmouth was formerly named Falmouth College of Arts, Falmouth School of Art and Design and Falmouth School of Art.
