Level 3 BA(Hons) Textile Design student, Jen Hollidge, has secured  two sponsorships for her final year project.

Jen has successfully gained the Madeira Thread Student Sponsorship, which is awarded to talented final year textile design students specialising in stitch and is worth £100 of Madeira threads and sundries.

Jen is also being sponsored by local Falmouth interior design business, Sweetpea and Betty. Jen works at the Sweetpea and Betty shop and has been inspired to base part of her final year portfolio on designing an interior trimmings collection especially for the shop. The company have been impressed by Jen's entrepreneurial spirit and approached her with sponsorship. This will allow her to purchase the varied materials she needs to design and develop an eclectic range of high end trimmings, tassels, buttons and laces. On completion, the final collection will be displayed in the shop.
