Next steps - results and action planning

The findings of the staff survey are available to all UCF staff by following the link to downloads below. These results highlight where departments and the University College are doing well and those areas where there is a need for improvement.

An action plan has been developed in response to the headline results, which is also available in the downloads section for UCF staff. Where appropriate, further action plans will be developed in response to more detailed analysis of departmental data. These action plans will be published here.

The outcomes of the staff communication focus groups, conducted by independent consultants, will also be available in the downloads section. This will provide further valuable information to help us make improvements.

You said - what we did

We will keep the action summary of this micro-site up to date. Each action on the staff survey action plan has an update section to explain what we did. The staff survey action plan is available to UCF staff in the downloads section below.

We also plan to undertake another staff survey in the next two years, when we hope to improve all our scores.

In the 2006 staff survey, 71% of you said that UCF was a good place to work. In 2011, 74% of you said it is. We aim to convert this into 90% + by 2013.
