Deb Davidson

Deb Davidson has developed the ability to design for mixed media and printed fabrics. This includes the aptitude for colour, texture and pattern, fabric manipulation, surface design, hand and machine sewing, manual and digital printing.

Deb's current design inspirations come from observations of nature's flora and coastal strandlines. Expressing this through the abstraction of natural forms into visually linear imagery, gives traditional techniques a contemporary twist.

Harmonious colour palettes with a sensitive use of hand dyed manual and digital print allow the designs to readily translate into jewellery and scarves.
