By creating objects from concrete and man-made materials Anna challenges the viewer to look twice at what they may normally take for granted. Man-made and even mass-produced objects are notorious for lacking character or originality, however as they are sold, used and thrown away they acquire a personality which is evident in their posture, markings, style and colour.
