Registration and Fees
About the conference
AIAS 2009 is open to students and staff of member schools. Payment can only be made online, in £ sterling, through our secure server using Mastercard or Visa. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cheques, money orders, Solo, Electron or American Express cards.
The deadline for registration and payment of fees is Friday, 9 October, 2009
Fee categories
A1: Student rate: £170
Includes attendance at workshops, symposium, opening and closing receptions, Prize of Honour, transportation to and from workshops, accommodation, breakfast and lunches 2-6 Nov. The fee does not include evening meals, travel expenses to/from Cornwall or attendance at the formal dinner.
A2: Academic rate: £212
Includes attendance at workshops, symposium/general assembly, formal dinner, opening and closing receptions, Prize of Honour, transportation to and from workshops and lunches on 2-6 Nov. The fee does not include evening meals or travel expenses to/from Cornwall.
A 3-course dinner will be held at the Flying Fish Restaurant at St Michael's Hotel, Falmouth on the evening of Thursday, 5 November. The dinner is open to all academic participants of the event.
