Campus tours

For visitors unable to attend our general open days, we also organise regular campus tours during term-time, on Wednesday and Friday afternoons at 2pm. You must book in advance and we need at least 72 hours notice. The tours are bespoke and are only arranged when requested.

Tours are conducted by current students at University College Falmouth and give you a chance to view the facilities on campus. The students can tell you first-hand about living and studying at Falmouth, and we encourage you to ask as many questions as you can.

Please note the following important information:

  • Where possible, tours are subject specific and are lead by one of our Student Ambassadors
  • Campus tours do not include meetings or contact time with academic staff. Unfortunately, we receive too many visitors to offer this. If you have specific questions about one of our courses, please contact Admissions: admissions@falmouth.ac.uk
  • Our courses are spread across two campuses so please check which campus you need to visit.
  • We regret that it is not possible to organise campus tours or visits on times/days other than specified above

Term dates

  • Autumn term: 3 October - 9 December 2011
  • Spring term: 9 January - 16 March 2012
  • Summer term: 16 April - 22 June 2012

Choose green transport

Whether you're just visiting, relocating to the University College to start your studies, or travelling around the South West, once you're here we encourage you to try and minimise the environmental impact of travelling as much as possible. Come by rail or bus and enjoy the fantastic scenery the South West has to offer.

University College Falmouth is committed to reducing its environmental impact. Our environmental policy is supported by a Green Travel Plan, which includes subsidised bus services combined with strict car parking management, and promoting and improving facilities for cyclists and pedestrians, including on-campus shower and changing facilities, as well as secure bicycle storage facilities. We also actively promote a car sharing website, which offers shared journeys all around Cornwall.
